Board Members

The board of directors of Almowazi Capital, comprising five members elected through a secret vote during the general assembly, is responsible for the company's overall strategic management and direction.

The membership on the board is for a three-year term and is eligible for renewal. The board possesses extensive authority to oversee the company and execute all necessary tasks in alignment with its objectives. This authority is unrestricted, subject only to legal requirements, the Articles of Association, or resolutions passed by the general assembly.
