The Company pursuits to eliminate any potential conflicts of interest. Therefore, a conflict-of-interest policy has been prepared. The policy sets guidelines for identifying, notifying, reporting, disclosing and preventing potential conflicts of interest. The Company has developed appropriate procedures to detect significant conflicts of interest, manage conflicts effectively, and ensure that the Board of Directors handles current and potential conflicts of interest and that all decisions are taken to achieve the best interests of the Company.
