Mr Mohammad is an experienced Managing Partner with over two decades of expertise in financial consulting, SME management, and strategic investment advisory. Mohammad is recognized for his leadership in the OTC market, dedication to establishing and exiting SMEs, demonstrating a strong record in entrepreneurship and business management with a focus on value creation and growth in diverse financial environments.

Additionally, he established the Business Banking department at NBK and co-founded almowazi.com, a key market intelligence provider in OTC markets, and Waslaah Holding, a consultancy supporting SMEs from concept to IPO. Through founding and selling multiple businesses, he has proven his entrepreneurial abilities.

Mohammad is one of the co-founders of Almowazi Capital, the only online brokerage company focused on the OTC market.

Key competencies include Portfolio Management, Risk Assessment, Asset Allocation, Financial Analysis, Investment Strategy, Market Research, Investment Modelling, Hedge Fund Management, and Wealth Management.
