      • In the event of Almowazi Capital's dissolution, liquidation, and/or asset sale;

    • We may disclose your personal information: 
      • to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
      • in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings;
      • in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);

    • The user undertakes and agrees hereby that Al-Mowazi shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use or access of your personal information by the partner or any third party. Moreover, the user shall not hold Almowazi Capital liable for the content or practices of the platform operated by any parties associated with the services or arising from them.

    • Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy.
    • You expressly agree to the transfers of personal information described in this Section 8.
  9. Retaining personal data
    • Section 9 sets out our data retention policies and procedures, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal information.
    • We hold personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper-based files and other records and take steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
    • When we consider that personal information is no longer needed, we will remove any details that will identify you or we will securely destroy the records.     Almowazi Capital and its operators are not liable for financial losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from trading activities. We do not guarantee information accuracy, trading outcomes, prevention of hacking, or complete virus entry prevention. "Al-Mowazi Capital" is not legally liable for any damage resulting from a breach of confidentiality regarding your information. We are not responsible if any third party discloses your personal information. Your trading decisions are your responsibility. Hereby, you waive any rights to bring forth claims against us.
  11. Amendments
    • We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our application.
    • You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.
  12. Governing law and jurisdiction
    Any dispute relating to the enforcement, interpretation, or application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, or any usages of Almowazi Capital Services including the platform shall be dealt with through the Courts of the State of Kuwait to the exclusion of all others.
