Procedure of submitting a complaint:

1. Either it is done in person to the Customer Complaints Unit at almowzi capital company at the following address: Mohammad Thunayyan Al-Ghanem St, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
2. Or by e-mail by filling out the form (below) on the company's website and sending it to the following address: complaints@almowazicapital.com

General Notes

1. The complaint submitted by the customer will be answered within 30 working days from the date of receiving the complaint to the Complaints Unit.
2. The necessity of completing all the data, documents and information for all the data of the form.
3. Failure to use the complaint form prepared by the company will result in not considering or responding to the complaint.
